No, the building can be rented by sections. The Main Room, the East Wing and the West Wing can all be rented individually or in combination. |

Yes there is a full commercial grade kitchen in the Civic. Because they are commercial grade appliances Renters must utilize a licensed caterer to oversee their food production. |

Yes there is a sophisticated audio and lighting system available for use with your rental but a City employee must be employed to run the equipment. |

As of 10/1/2007, the city sales tax will be 7.6% |

4.225 % State of Missouri Sales Tax 0.875% Newton County Sales Tax 2.375% City of Neosho Sales Tax 0.125% Transportation Tax (new as of 10/1/07) |

In addition to the sales tax, the City collects franchise fees, business license and permit fees, municipal court fines, motor vehicle and gas taxes, and taxes on sales of cigarettes. |
