Section 305.120 of the City Codes, and amended by Ord. 228-2005, establishes a Traffic Commission with the membership to be composed of the following: 

1.         The Director of Public Works or his/her designee
2.         The Chief of Police or in his/her discretion as his/her representative the Chief of the Traffic Division
3.         A representative of the City Council
4.         One representative from Code Enforcement
5.         One representative from the City Attorney's office, Ex-Officio Member
6.         The Fire Chief or his/her designee
7.         One representative from the citizens at large
8.         The Neosho City Manager, Ex-Officio Member 

Other City Officers and representatives of unofficial bodies as may be determined and appointed by the Mayor: The Chairman of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor and may be removed by him/her.
