Waste Corporation of America
Waste Corporation of America (WCA) provides residential curbside trash service for single family units, and multiple family units of four or less. Apartment complexes and businesses use privately contracted trash haulers.
Neosho residents are given a 96-gallon, wheeled container.
Billing for this service is a separate item on residents’ water bills. Standard fee for collection services is $10.04 per month with a 10 percent discount for residents 65 and older. Verification of age will is required.
Trash Pickup Guidelines
To ensure quality control, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Containers should be placed adjacent to the curb the night before pickup
- Bag all waste to prevent spillage
- Clean 96-gallon container on a regular basis
- Set container no further than three feet from the road
- Containers should not be left roadside for more than 24 hours
WCA will not accept the following items:
- Hazardous waste
- Flammable liquids
- Non-compactable materials (i.e. car parts, dirt, rocks, railroad ties, etc.)
- Animal waste or carcasses
- Construction yard waste

Holiday Trash Collection
If the holiday falls on a weekday (Monday-Friday), the day of the holiday and those remaining in the week will be one day behind schedule. If the holiday falls on the weekend, WCA will run on schedule and it will not affect the trash pickup.
For example, if the holiday falls on a Tuesday, and Tuesday is your designated trash day, your trash will be picked up on Wednesday, the following day. If the holiday falls on a Tuesday, and Friday is your designated trash day, your trash will be picked up on Saturday, the following day.
