Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall 203 East Main Street, Neosho, Missouri.  Meeting agenda posted in the Water Department located at 203 East Main Street, Neosho, MO and outside the City Council Chambers entrance also located at 203 East Main Street, Neosho, MO.
